Cecilia Shandeva has had a varied career, working as a freelance learning consultant managing projects in the private and public sectors including various parts of the media and publishing brands such as Sony Pictures, MTV, Chrysalis, BBC and Reuters.  She has written vast amount for internal publications and websites working with copy writers, journalists and sub editors.

Cecilia is currently considering a change of career to start training as a journalist whilst continuing with her learning and development consultancy focussing on writing material for training courses such as Creativity Skills, Communication, Mentoring, Emotional Intelligence and Women in the Workplace.
