Serena Williams wins her fourth Wimbleton title
According to The Huffington Post Serena Williams has taken home her fourth Wimbleton title beating out Russian Vera Zvonareva.
Williams' other wins were in 2002, 2003 and 2009 but this was the first time she beat someone other than her sister, Venus in the final.
Going into the competition the American tennis player was not only top-ranked but also the defending champion for the singles final. This title has been shared 9 out of the past 11 years by the Williams sisters.
