Predator jailed for raping three homeless women

Predator Reginald ‘Tex’ Breaux who raped three homeless women in Seattle has been jailed for 28 years.

The Seattle Times reports how Breaux preyed on vulnerable women who were reluctant to report the crimes because of their drugs and petty crimes lifestyles.

Female prosecutor Julie Kays said: ” The sad truth of it is that a homeless and addicted person is 10 times more vulnerable because of the lifestyle. You’re living from cardboard shack to cardboard shack, bottle to bottle or from fix to fix. They’re living in the shadows, which give predators like Breaux the perceived green light to attack defenseless women.”
