Women-only networking group set for launch in London

A new women-only business networking group is set to launch in the UK capital.

Ladies at E11even will launch the club in Surbiton, a suburban area of London in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, next week.

Founder Sarah Lockhart-Martin, said: “My own experience of networking groups was that the mixed groups I did attend were heavily male dominated, very expensive and with too much pressure on passing referrals.”

“The women’s only groups weren’t business focussed enough,” she added, “the true essence of networking seemed to be lost.”

“For me it’s about people, learning not only about their businesses but who they are as individuals and building solid relationships which could potentially lead to business.”
