The trial of the Dutch engineer accused of murdering British landscape architect Jo Yeates began today.
Vincent Tabak, 33, admits her manslaughter but denies murder.
Ms Yeates, who went missing on December 17 last year, was found dead on Christmas morning. Her snow-covered body was found by dog walkers.
In May Tabak, who lived next to Ms Yeates in the Clifton area of Bristol, entered a guilty plea to manslaughter.
The trial has been adjourned until Wednesday, when a 12-person jury is expected to be sworn in.
